Silly Question, Easy 10 Points!?!

Question: Silly Question, Easy 10 Points!?
Last Friday, I got a Dr's not excusing me from work for 2 days, Friday being one of the days. Saturday and Sunday are weekend days and I wasn't scheduled to work...I am still excused for Monday as well though, correct? Because my note said 2 days--it didn't say CONSECUTIVE days...so I'm assuming the doctor wanted me to have Monday off as well. I'd call and ask, but it was an ER doc and I feel silly calling to ask about that...she probably doesn't have time to answer such a question anyway.

Like I said, it's a silly question, but I want to be sure I'm covered. I'm still not 100% better, but I feel bad about calling out.

Answers:

Yes, you would be excused Monday, because you are excused from work for two days. If you don't work Saturday and Sundays you would still be excused.

It's a doctor's note relieving you from work for two days. That note does not count the weekend, it's work related only.

it looks like you have monday AND tuesday off, since you got 2 days off work and the weekend does not count as work days...

Am I right?
