Do you think exercise can help my feelings better when I have cold?!

Question: Do you think exercise can help my feelings better when I have cold?
It's already my second day since I have had a cold. I feel so warm inside and I always feel sleepy maybe because of the uncomfortable feeling that this cold gives me. I want to get rid of this and I'm wondering if exercise can help lessen the uncomfortable feeling? Thank you for those who will answer!:)

Answers:

drink plenty of gatorade until you get well! gatorade helps replenish your electrolytes (which you lost because of your cold) and by replenishing your electrolytes, you'll get healthier MUCH quicker. also, make sure to take a multivitamin daily. because the cold (or sicknesses in general) takes away nutrition. and you need nutrition to fight the common cold/flu.... PS: iron and vitamin B12 help with energy levels (you can google it, to see for yourself!)

personal experience and I'm a nutrition-nerd :)

i think moderate exercising would be good but im still not sure therefore when you go to the doctors make sure you ask him just too be on the safe side :) erm although you cant stay in bed when you have cold its good to get fresh air it actually helps drink plenty of orange juices / water and fruit it helps
