Does benadryl make you (personally) feel sleepy?!

Question: Does benadryl make you (personally) feel sleepy?

I take about 100 mg a night (twice the recommended dose, but was prescribed by my doctor) and it barely puts me out. Maybe a little drowsy. What does it do to you guys?

I don't have any side affects from benadryl at all. I have a friend that takes one pill and is out cold in like 30 minutes. I'm not sure how it makes people drowsy, but it's kinda weird.

it all depends on how you take it, and your tolerance levels. if your taking po(per oral) its at its weakest form. second is im (inter muscular) aka shot , needle...then last is iv ( intra venous) or pushed through the vein...strongest..if your taking 100mg nightly its built a tolerance in you..stop taking for a while, then resume the 100mg...it will have original effect po
