What is wrong with me?!

Question: What is wrong with me?
So, yesterday I went back to school after the spring break. I came back, I felt fine. Until the evening, at around 7, I felt weird. I was tired, and I felt uneasy. I had dinner which was really light, some soup and a cheese sandwich and I went to bed at around 11. I woke up at around 1:30, feeling sick to my stomach. I was SO nauseous. I tried drinking water but it did no good. I kept on trying to sleep with that horrible nausea until 4 am. Also, my throat was hurting me and my nose was runny. At around 4, I slept and I woke up at 6:30 because I had to go to school. Eventually, I was too tired, and I still felt really sick so I skipped today and went to bed. I woke up an hour ago, it's 1 pm now. My throat still hurts me, and I still have a runny nose. I also feel slightly sick. Btw, I didn't throw up at all. I just had some tea for breakfast and nothing else.

So,what could it be? I just began school and I'm absent already. I have two months before graduation, I don't wanna start skipping again! Please, help me. What could it be and some tips on how can I stay healthy for these two months. Thanks a lot!

Answers:

It's probably just a simple cold or sinus infection. Many people just feel funny before they get sick. All the drainage that came out of your nose also drains down the back of your throat. This will make your throat sore and irritated and all that extra mucus in your stomach can make you feel sick. If the mucus backs up into your ears it can make you dizzy. And just being sick in general will make you tired. Try using a neti-pot or gargling salt-water if you believe in home-remedies. If not, dayquil and nyquil can be a great help.

You should eat enough/drink enough fluids either way. Skipping meals will make nausea worse. Eat crackers if necessary. Keep an eye on symptoms and don't just assume its anything in particular. Keep a mental/written log of your symptoms so if it gets worse you'll have a good history for your Doc. Probably nothing serious but keep an eye on yourself, unfortunately Ebola Zaire and a common cold start out the same way.( Just playing ) Take care.
