I have the same problem. I also agree, Water does the trick. It makes your "poop" softer and it doesnt hurt the inside of you anus. It flows out easier. I know it can be quite an uncomfortable experience.

Water does the trick, and avoid extremly fatty foods which harden your poop.

Try taking dulcoease stool softener! Could be a fissure or hemmoroids! If you're bleeding from there too go to a doctor!!
maybe because you don't drink a lot of liquids .. just PLENTY of water and you'll be fine !
