Scared to poo help pls:(?!

if u dont go poo as u say your poo will get hard and when u try to poo again u will get hemmoroids they hurt and ich or u will have to have a dispository to help u poo i think u are over reacting !!!!!!

You can't not go to the bathroom. It's not healthy. Your heart rate will not go up if you poo. So go, because you will suffer much more if you don't. As for your heart rate, you need to speak with your doctor about this. Digestion has nothing to do with it! Don't strain too much, that's all.

Why would your heart rate go up just from pooping?

You can't stop pooping. Take a few deep breaths while you are sitting on the pot, to relax yourself.

In through your nose, out through your mouth. Nice and slow.

im sure you would still be at the er if you were that bad so yes you should be ok.

my mom is a nurse

my mother had poopititis. it got so bad that we would force her to watch SUPER scary movies so that she would poop herself out of fear!

just hold it until it hurts then it should slide out easily with no strain on the heart. hope you get better!!
