So....why do you have this in health/medical?

Car insurance has nothing to do with medical insurance.

Talk to the insurance companies about it and talk to your parents about how to get your own. If you were getting insurance (medical or car or whatever), it would be individual...because you are the person buying it and paying it monthly.
