Question: Please need some help, is this normal?
Okay for some reason when I just get a bit hungry I start to feel really weak and shaky and get a headache..I dunno why this is. Like before I go to school I eat a full breakfast and like 4 hours after I get a bit hungry and start to feel extremely shaky and weak...I can barely make it to lunch time. Is this normal? p.s Im a girl and im 18 years old

You may have low blood sugar. Try eating a handful of M&M's when you start to feel this way, and see if that helps. Also see a doctor if you want an expert opinion, or if your symptoms worsen or don't improve.
