What are some ways to relax before bed?!


Question: What are some ways to relax before bed?
For quite awhile now, I have felt like I am not getting a good solid nights sleep. I always wake up feeling like I had dreams (and sometimes remember) that all I did was work, so I wake up feeling like I was busy all night. I am just trying to find any suggestions...not the biggest on exercise, plus that makes you more energetic technically...unless it's yoga; I'd be okay with that. Didn't know if there were any music or maybe stretching or something to relax.

Read before bed - preferably fiction that you find very entertaining, like something in the fantasy genre. That will get your mind on something else before you fall asleep and it will help you fall asleep as well.



Tea always works wonders on me. It clears my head and make my whole just sort of 'droop' I guess and I feel so relaxed. I'm not a fan of green tea, so I don't know if that does the same but I love the fruity ones like peach and tangerine and stuff. Also a hot bath always does it for me. The hot tub is amazing...



Go on youtube and search on Fisher Price Lullabies, you'll be surprise how the songs will affect you.

Warm milk. Warm bath. Bed warmer.
It is very important to have a regular routine. You should have things you do before bed and go to bed at the same time every day.
