First thing you need to do is calm down and take a deep breath. I've experienced this same type of attack many times. You need to take your focus off of it or else it will keep recurring. Grab something to drink and do something that will take your mind off of it. The more you think about it the worst it's going to get.

First of all you need to ask yourself. Is the "stupid thing" you did about two weeks ago something rational to have a panic attack about? If it's not then you need to tell yourself that you're the cause of the panic attack, you're the one that has the power to stop it. I know it's hard. :( Everything's going to be ok.
If you ate something or took some kind of medicine that you weren't supposes to, it could be having an impact on you. Or maybe you are just nervous.. Who knows? Ask your mother to call your doctor. Talk to someone, and try not to worry too much. Go to sleep. When you wake up, you should feel better.
Well obvoiously not a bad one otherwise you would not be on the PC asking questions on YA. Why are so many teenage girls attention seeking dama queens these days.
