A 30 year old male who is very thin with next to no body fat who regularly smoked pot for many years has passed drug tests in the past by drinking tons of water and taking cranberry pills. He has not smoked pot since January at all. If he took a pre-employment urine drug test today would he likely pass or fail?

Yes he will pass a urine drug test. Marijuana will show in a urine test for around 30 days depending on how much someone smokes and how much THC is in the pot they smoke.
