Question: Medical Marijuana lisense for anxiety & depression.?

Hi recently i havnt been feeling like myself again.. I have been to the doctor and was dianosed n pescribed paxil for anxiety/depression.. First 20 mg then 40 mg but i quit taking it due to lack of sleep and improvment... I was wondring about my marijuana licsense? How ould i go about getting one? I live in 951 area... Any advice? And no no smart remarks i dont need to hearr it...
