Smokers or Smart People let me ask you a question about smoking?!

Question: Smokers or Smart People let me ask you a question about smoking?
im 25 and smoked weed for 6 months non stop. 2 to 3 joints a day. i went and got a spirometer test which my doctor said was good.

am i in the clear now that i have quit smoking?
i should still live past 50 without problems right?

Answers:

Yes you should live past 50, and yes your lungs will regenerate completely new tissue, it takes between 1-9 months for this process to begin, and can take up to 4 years before they are pink again (like a non-smoker). Since you didn't smoke for a long period of time and you are still quite young you shouldn't have any permanent damage as long as you dont start again

As to the above posters comment about weed not causing health problems, thats not entirely true. While the active chemicals in Cannabis are pretty much harmless, any form of smoke can cause cancer just like cigarettes will. Try a vaporizer, it eliminates the smoke, giving you pure thc and cbd vapors, minus the carcinogens
