Exercise is a great option, it naturally boosts your energy if done regularly. Also,if u want to avoid caffeine then drinks like "5 hour energy" and similar products are out of the question, however, there are options. There are several herbs that have similar stimulant properties without the caffeine. Some examples are Siberian Ginseng, Green Tea(without added caffeine), American Ginseng, which differs from the siberian, referred to as an "adaptogen," meaning it helps the body combat internal stress. These are just a few options, u could also try Ephedrine or pseudoephedrine, which are both stimulants and easily available. Its a rumor that chocolate has caffeine, but in its natural form, meaning no added caffeine, it actually contains a very similar alkaloid called Theobromine, which has almost identical effects. Taurine,L-Carnitine,Creatine, and even any form of sugars will also give you a boost. Hope this helped, do some research and try some different things to see what works best for you. Good luck! Oh ya and the above poster is wrong, 5 hour energy does have caffeine.

Excercise does a body good, especially for someone as busy as yourself. It not only wakes you up, but it also helps you gain more energy to get through your days.

You could also try drinking ice water

I always take a morning run and then I'm awake for the whole day..

Although, it's 30 degrees in the morning where I live, so...

5 hour energy i dont think it has any caffeine

watch movies!!!
