What is a good time to go to bed ?!


Question: What is a good time to go to bed ?
I'm a middle school
and I know we need 8 - 1O hours of sleep
I wanna be able to eat breakfast,brush my teeth,wash my face, and change all in the morning .
What time should I go to sleep and what time should I wake up?
What time should I go to bed on the weekends also ?

Answers:

Maybe about 9pm then wake up at 6. On the weekend you shouldnt got to bed to late cause u wanna be on track so maybe about 11pm



Time how long it takes you on an average, relaxed day to get ready. Wake up that much time before you need to leave the house in the morning, with maybe an extra 15 minutes in case something happens. Go to bed 10 hours before your wake-up time. If you consistently wake up early, push your bedtime a little until it equalizes. You should keep the same bedtime on the weekends so you don't lose sleep (since your body will want to wake up at its normal time) and so you don't lose your sleep schedule. Constantly changing your schedule, every Monday morning and Friday night, can cause sleep problems.



between 9.30 and 10 is a good time to go to bed
and to wake up, an hour or so before school starts
and on the weekends, get up at 9, or even earlier,
the earlier you get up the longer the day seems to go for.

my whole day seems to go by in a couple of hour's, i dont wake up until 1, and that's because i go to bed at 3 or 4 in the morning.



Well I go to sleep at around 9-10 on school nights and I wake up at 6: 30 and that gives me time to wash my face, brush my teeth, straighten my hair, and put makeup on. I leave my house at 7: 42 and make out to school at 7: 50. On the weekends I go to bed when I fall and wake when I wake. 8D

(i am a middle schooler too) my middle school starts @ 8:55, so I wake up around 7:30 and sleep @ 10:30. Id say sleep around 10 or 11 on weekdays an on the weekends, by midnight. Wake up about an hr b4 the time ur school starts
