What do these symptoms mean I might possibly have?!

Question: What do these symptoms mean I might possibly have?
Since April 1st, 2 Fridays ago, all this has been happening:
- I haven't been able to sleep till 2 am
- I've been getting upset at almost every little thing
- I randomly get angry at people
- I've changed in the way I speak when I do speak
- I'm tired, but again, haven't been able to fall asleep
- I barely talk to people
- I'm not exactly active in things as much anymore
- I'm never hungry, when my friends or parents give me food, I'll take one bite of it then leave.
- When I walk it's all wobbly
- My body aches
please help. I feel the need to know.

April Fools!

Just Kidding. Alright, right now it sounds like you are showing signs of stress and depression. They are each feeding off of one another.

The bursts of anger, body aches, wobbliness, and under eating maybe due to both stress and depression.

That is just my two cents. I would recommend maybe drinking some warm milk before bed, or a relaxing tea to calm you down.

Try and get to sleep before midnight, take a night off and just have some chamomile tea and read a book in bed.

Perhaps meditate and clear your thoughts?

To break up depression, try and work out, walk outside and just walk for like 15-30 minutes.

If all of this gets worse, consult a physician to clear it up, because, while I am training to be a doctor, I do not have the experience that a true professional has.

Good luck!

If you were a car, I would guess someone put bad gas in your tank. Or sugar...or kerosene.
Since you are a human being, the answer is hidden in some of the info you put into your question. You are not eating right, or much at all. Your brain chemistry is invariably affected, for good or bad, by the 'fuel' or food that you put into your system. The depression, aggresiveness (irritability), and changes in speech, behavior and so forth are symptoms of these brain chemicals being adversely affected by your diet.

Some may point to blood sugar being affected...this is a possibility, and there may be underlying ailments or disease that is bringing about your lack of appetite..but I would try an experiment of making sure you get good nutrition for a week or so, with plenty of pure water. See if it does not improve the mental symptoms. If it does, you have found the key to the cure. IF the problem persists even with a good nutritious diet...then you may need to find out what else could be acting up. There are some simple tests that can determine if things are right with your blood, and hormones and that kind of thing. You may just be depressed and have mono; but who knows?
