Cause for this particular swollen lymph node?
I just read about all the different causes of swollen lymph nodes and it depends on what lymph node is swollen to tell whats causing it...so if this lymph node is swollen (just this one) what do you think is most likely causing it? (Its the one behind and under the ear, the one called stemocleidomastoid nodes)
I must add that i have a bad neck and it has to do with my muscles in it rather than my spinal cord. (i sleep on a couch) can a stiff neck ect. cause lymph nodes to seem swollen?
i should also note that it isnt really swollen, you cant even notice it by looking, you have to feel.

GET OFF THE COUCH!!!!,get your parents to fork out for a bed.
You have very little to worry about,the problem mainly is that you are not getting comfortable rest/sleep,which is a must for younger people.
show your parents this,and if they disagree go to the Doc`s and explain to him and he should write a letter to your Mum and Dad explaining fully why you need a BED not a couch.
