What personal characteristic should a doctor have?

To me, I want my doctor to have good interpersonal skills and to make you seem like you're the only patient they have. They should be polite, curtious, and shouldn't seem like they are in a hurry when they're with you. They should give you clear, consise instructions and advice and never give you any technical terms. They should also be concerned and reasonably quick with your problem.
