my wife is taller and physically stronger than me i am 29 years old 5'8 and my wife is 5'11 27 years old
she works in a gym as a trainee and i am a risk assessment analysis .she told she work out at gym atleast 4 hours a day
and i dont have enough time to work out at gym
and more than that she carries me in arm in public places or at parties which annoyed me i find it disgusting but she never care and say me to take it easily
what do u think i should do i always feel insecure about it

heart to heart soul bearing talk.....be specific about your feelings and that you want that behavior stopped now. Offer to give in to something she's been asking of you...perhaps go to the gym once a week together. If you are married and she spends so much time at the gym....well, you gotta take some interest in her interests.
