Sleep aid?
Can anyone reccomend a good over the counter sleep aid that really works if such a thing exsists.Im in the Uk and please dont say Vodka.

well i have depression and i get times where i find it so difficult to go to sleep as i have things on my mind, i take asdas own make sleeping tablets, if your asdas have a pharmacy like mine does then you can purchase them over the counter otherwise try herbal nightol as its all natural sedatives in them they work for a few nights then i find my body gets used to taking them so i have to move on to something else, also just a little tip my friend takes child medised its about £4.99 a bottle it works for her
