Your diet needs to supply adequate but not excessive quantities of proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals, fibre and water and there is plenty about that available on the web. but basically your diet needs to provide you with 500 to 1,000 kilocalories less than your energy requirements and a high fibre diet would be particularly good as that means going to the loo a lot more.

Regular exercise is also a must by causing your body to burn off extra calories in the form of sweat and by increasing your metabolic rate. Cycling, running and weight lifting would be best, for example get out of bed about an hour earlier every morning so making time for you to go on a 5 mile run, including some hill climbing daily before returning and have a shower to get rid of the sweat then a light breakfast and then off to work.
