I need to know healty ways to disorder myself?

No alcohol, no other subtances...
just healty ways...


My psychoanalyst say that I need feel more the life... but when I thing in "disorder myself" I thing in alcohol or specifically
in "green plant"

do you know healty ways to disorder myself?

I'm not sure what you mean...there are healthy ways to 'discover' yourself...meaning, things you can do that makes you happy, and things that you avoid because they would make you sad. You can start that by doing some activities and noticing how you react toward them. From simple things like walk in the park and smelling roses to going out with friends and having a social life. To see what makes you tick or make you happy and alive.

On the other hand, using alcohol or drugs are 'maladaptive' ways to cope with your problems. There are other 'adaptive' ways to cope with them like going to therapist, going to the gym, talking about it to a friend, doing art work...etc.
