Lost my Voice??

I am a counselor at a summer camp where there is much singing/screaming . At our past Camp Spirit week I lost my voice due to screaming. I need to get it back in the time span of two days. Help???

Use your voice as little as possible, gargle with a good antiseptic mouth wash and hope.
