Does anyone else get sick after using artifical sweeteners?!

Question:

Does anyone else get sick after using artifical sweeteners?

I have been noticing lately that if I consume more than one serving a day of Aspartame or Splenda, I will get really sick. Headache, dizziness, exhaustion, fatigue, tightness around the head and neck.
I try to avoid artificial sweetners but was offered a Listerine Pocket Pack (cinnimon) I ate about 3 servings that day and the next day I needed to leave work early to go home and rest. Anyone else?

Friday I was trying to figure out if it was something I ate that made me sick. and I looked up the listerine pocket pack ingredients list. the variety I consumed contained Splenda. I never noticed that Splenda made me sick, just Aspertame. But then again, nothing says that the ingredients listed were really the ingredients added to the product.

Aspartame: What You Don't Know Can Hurt You

Aspartame accounts for over 75 percent of the adverse reactions to food additives reported to the FDA. Many of these reactions are very serious including seizures and death.(1) A few of the 90 different documented symptoms listed in the report as being caused by aspartame include: Headaches/migraines, dizziness, seizures, nausea, numbness, muscle spasms, weight gain, rashes, depression, fatigue, irritability, tachycardia, insomnia, vision problems, hearing loss, heart palpitations, breathing difficulties, anxiety attacks, slurred speech, loss of taste, tinnitus, vertigo, memory loss, and joint pain.

I have not researched the literature to find opposing views
However, this publication says aspartame is not a problem:
