I get frequent headaches like when I go from inside to out a headache hits me like an anvil

It could be allergies also what are your symptoms do you get sensitive to light or sound, nausea? You have to track your symptoms to find the cause. Some things that work are cold packs on your forehead, caffeine, ibuprofen or other otc meds. I say just track your symptoms and go see a dr if they don't get better. Good Luck I understand how you feel I have suffered with headaches since I was 5 and I'm 29 and they don't get any easier to deal with.
