Is it ok to use olive cooking oil if I'm on warfarin (Coumadin)?
I know that it has a certain amount of vitamin K but it also has many health benefits as well and as I'm going to be on warfarin lifelong, is it ok if I use olive oil as cooking oil? Please answer only if you truly know the answer and it would be better if you are a health care worker or dietician. Thank you.

Yes. it is okay. I work in healthcare with warfarin (coumadin) all the time. Just make sure, as always that your PT and INR are checked regularly.
