What can I do to increase my height?

Should I take growth pills, Stretches, calcium/magnesium/zinc/vitamin d supplements? I've been asking a lot, everyone tells me im stuck at my height i cant do anything to enhance it. I'm 16 male and 5 5 what should i do or can or cannot do?

There is nothing you can do love. It is all genetics and nutrition. What you need to do is become comfortable with what and who you are. I know that girls at that age can be especially cruel, but as you get older, women will like you for WHO you are. I am 5'8" and when I was 20 years old I totally fell in love with a guy that was 5'3". Hold out for the ones who are less shallow.

Just for the record, my friend Mark was about your height when he was your age. He is 6'3" now.
