Answers:

A difficult situation, but the one group of people that your parents would trust you with is other members of your family. Is there a possibility of you going away for a few weeks this summer to some relatives out of town or even out of State? Do you have a cousin that you are particularly close to who you could go and spend time with?

You should make time for your friends. You may want to widen your circle of friends, but for now you should fix up a time when all of you get together every couple of weeks; that gives you the time to spend away from your friends and make new friends, but also to hold on to the ones you've got without you being on top of each other all the time.

Lastly, to prevent this problem reoccurring next year, I would look for a solution now. You may like to travel abroad and see even a little bit of the rest of the world. The circumstances under which your parents would accept this is an exchange program; where you live with a family abroad and they send their daughter here to stay with yours. Your school may do school trips to and you should gently persuade (ie, nag gently but relentlessly!) your parents to go.

Best of luck.
