Sleeping. I have alot of active dreams,i sometimes feel like ive just ran a marathon or something

I completely know what you mean! It doesn't happen to me all the time, but every now and then, I wake up more tired than when I first went to sleep. Like you said, I feel like I've been running. Sometimes I think I do....=)
