I just had the Paragard IUD put in. Can I start working out again? I take kick boxing classes.?
I had the Paragard IUD put in. I don't know if I should start vigorous excerising right away. Does anyone know about this? I've never had a baby so it was a little painful when it was placed in. I've read that the body can reject. I just want to know what I should try to prevent until my body gets used to this.

After getting mine I returned to normal activities the very next day.
You know your body and your limitations if you begin exercise again and start to feel uncomfortable then give it a rest. Your body will let you know.
