Help me convince my mother to quit smoking?!(read details)?

ok so i found like a lot of cigarettes and i saw her smoking a couple of times,i have made papers full of facts about the damage of smoking and i tell her plz dont do that its bad for your health and take it out of her hand...o and one time i saw her smoking and i said what r u doing? and shes like"im going to smoke and i dont care what you think"It was sooo rude ......I am 12 and i was wondering what i should say or email to her to help her realize that smoking is a horrible choice to make she is 55 and quit for about a year and now shes back to it...

Unfortunately, I am a smoker also and do realize the damage it causes to one's health. I'm sure your mom also knows this is a terrible habit to have and is well aware of your concern.

Let your mom know how much you care about her and that your actions are solely based on the love that you have for her. Since your mom had previously kicked the habit, she obviously would like to quit but may be struggling.
