Unfortunately you can't purchase Adderall without a prescription because it's a controlled substance. However, your doctor apparently doesn't know the literature if you're being treated for ADD. It's a genetic disorder. You don't ever get "cured" of it. If you were acting and feeling better, it's because the medication was working. You would be better served by finding another doctor or a psychiatrist who treats ADD.
