Does anyone have any advice how to settle an upset stomach? I'm supposed to see the NYC Ballet tomorrow?


Answers:

bland foods (like saltine crackers) and clear sodas like ginger ale, 7up, sprite....these will help. NO DAIRY!! Lots of rest and liquids!
