You can't cure a true urinary tract infection (aka bladder infection) without getting a prescription for antibiotics from a doctor. It might also be a yeast infection or vaginitis that feels like a bladder infection so it's important to get checked out. If you don't get treated, it can lead to more serious problems like kidney infections or something that requires an expensive hospital stay so it's best to get it taken care of now. Try planned parenthood, they are often cheap if not free or on a donation basis. In the meantime, you can get something (Uro-stat i think it's called?) over the counter at the drug store that can help relieve symptoms for a day or so but it WILL NOT cure the infection! You need medical treatment. In the future, cranberry juice can help prevent a uti by changing the pH of your urine- it cannot, however, make it go away if you already have one.
