Insomnia??!

Insomnia??

Is there an actual treatment for insomnia? I think i have it (not sure). For the fast 4 months ive only been able to sleep about 2 hrs per night. But during the day, i can easily lay down and take a nap and fall asleep. Ive tried everthing: cough syrup, allergie meds, actual sleep aid pills, and about every other drug in the cabinet that causes drowsiness. And im still wired all night! Do you think i even have insomnia or am i just turning nocturnal? lol. Help?

Insomnia is often caused by fear, stress, anxiety, medications, herbs, caffeine, depression or sometimes for no apparent reason. Make sure your bedroom is quiet and dark.
