OCD people please read my question, it is important to me!?
Please describe your daily life living with OCD and you stuggles thoughout the day. What is you obsession and compulsion? How do you deal with your OCD?
Answers:
Honestly I dont know if I have OCD or not. But I think I might but my parents dont believe me and they yell at me when I bring it up. But when Im writing and I dont feel like I wrote the last letter quite the right way, I get really anxious and i have to wipe all over the paper with my right hand. The same thing when Im erasing or scratching my leg. If one part isnt treated just as much as the other than I have to start all over again. When Im vaccuming and I go over a spot that I already hit I have to sweep the floor all over again. When I dont walk on the exact part of my heel that I did the last step I have to wipe the bottom of my foot with my left hand and then try again. Some people call it perfectionism because I do prefer things to be a certain way but they dont believe me when I say how much I want to leave things the wrong way but I cant. Sometimes I get so anxious that I have to stop what Im doing, take a minute and then start over and sometimes my hands shake a little. But people tell me that I dont have OCD so I dont know.
