Headahces and dizziness?!

Headahces and dizziness?
for the past couple of months ive been feeling really dizzy and been getting headaches almost everyday.Sometimes when i've been laying down for a while and then get up get really dizzy and feel like im going to fall.And also sometimes my face feels the way your hand or feet feel when they "fall asleep".
does anyone know hwy ive been feeling like this?

I would go to the Dr immediately and have a full blood workup including blood sugar, thyroid functions and blood pressure. Something's not right and can be probably be corrected quite quickly.
