How do you lose the fat from your pubic patch?
im a fairly built guy not fat but not skinny as a rail. Im athletic and work out, run, diet everything. I was just wondering how to lose the fat from below your waist, right above your private parts. Any information would be very helpful thanks in advance

The problem you have is with the fat pad on your pubic bone. Sorry to say that the only way to get rid of fatty tissue down there is lipo suction. There isn't a way to exercise that area.
