Hi, i have had these tingling of my right arm, like it automatically flinches by itself from time to time, as if it by passes medulla oblongata's control somehow, like it automatically does that, it doesnt hurt or anything it just does it, and its been happening more often lately, so im getting a bit worried...

It sounds like "restless leg syndrome" of the arm, if you know what I mean. I have the leg thing and, sometimes, it keeps me awake. I don't know what medulla oblongata is, but now I have to worry that I have that, too. j/k See a doctor!
