Free Healthcare medicine question?
My question is with free universial healthcare countries, who pay little to none for their medicine, how they provide funding for new/better effective medicine treatments. I asked this question because I realize if they pay nothing for their treatment then who gives money to the people to research better medicine? The goverment, private donations.....who? Thanks to all who will answer.

taxes and government because there government believes that every one has the right to live regardless of how much money they have, if only ours was that way.
seriously Canada and Cuba have it but there saying that we can't afford it .....
