I am in a ton of pain, but cannot get myself to a doctor. I am too young to drive. My hand is normal until just the center and it bends down. My hand is purple and bleeding under the skin.

Immobilize the hand. That means, wrap it so that it cannot move at the wrist or the knuckles or the fingers. Used whatever you have to wrap it with. Something like a towel will work. It doesn't matter how bulky or weird the wrapping looks. Just wrap the hand so that it cannot move. If you can take medicine like Tylenol, take two with water for the pain. You MUST go to the hospital. If you are alone, call the police.
