Why is my hearing affecting my back?!

Question:

Why is my hearing affecting my back?

Im 16 and ever since I was young Ive had a problem with not necessarily hearing things too loud, but just hearing things really close to my right ears, it can be really loud of really quiet.
The weird part is that when Im listening to something close to my ears and im standing or sitting leaning against something Im fine but when im sitting not leaning against anything the right side of my back will tickle something awful, most of the times to the point I have to stop listening to what im listening to, or move to lean against something.
This happens with music, tv, and even when someones talking to me.
Ive never failed a hearing test, whats wrong with me?

Answers:

The sense of balance lies in our internal ear. Maybe it is something related to that.
Yet I believe it happens because ear is a vey sensitive area It tickles me if smn is whispering in my ear and I feel the shivers on my neck too and maybe on other areas also. All our nerves are connected.
