That is a difficult question to answer. She may well be at slightly more risk than average of developing another DVT than someone with no previous clot.
Flying as a passenger certainly also increases the clot risk. However this appears to be related to immobility and amount of leg room when sitting. I could not come across any papers suggesting staff were at greater risk. Professional pilots were less likely to suffer DVT than the general population in one study and I could not find any papers suggesting that stewards/esses where at increased risk either.
Ultimately it will be the decision of the company Doctor that decides the matter.
