I am 14yrs 9 months and 5ft 1in.My father is 5ft 7in and my mother is 5ft1in.I want to grow at least 5ft 8in.?

I am not involved in too many activities except cycling.Till what
age can i grow.Any suggestions to increase my height.

age varies.. if you haven't hit a growth spurt you should b hitting one soon most people ur age get a growth spurt between the ages of 11 and 15 or 16.. i heard somewherer that you can keep growing until your 20..but idk.. and next time you go to your doctor and he/she measures your height he/she can tell you about a prediction in how tall you will be and about how tall othe people your age are.. if your grandparents on either side aren't and taller that 5'7'' then there is a possibility that you might not grow any taller unless that gene skipped a generation
