Why does my belly digest food so quickly?

i had a sandwich at 900 today from sainsbury,
and im starving to death right now,
plus john is eating crisps with fan on so the smell is blowing towards me,

i drink a lot of green tea, is it because of the green tea, why i get hungry two hours after eating.

im not fat im actually a size 10- 12

and plus my bellys bumumumbering, and im i n a quiet office,

i heard your supposed to get hungry every 4-5 hours, but mine is cut in to half, i get hungry every 2 hours,
but im not fat

Your not eating sensibly.

If you had a cereal breakfast you would not be hungry. I bet your sandwich was white not brown bread as well.

A Sainsburys sandwich is certain to be overly rich in sugars, salt and fat, so I'm surprised you weren't even more hungry after you ate it, than before.

Drinking green tea during the day won't do you any harm only good. I shouldn't drink it in the evening though as it will disturb you sleep a little.
