I need pills for high blood pressure but can no longer afford them, what do I do!

Question:

I need pills for high blood pressure but can no longer afford them, what do I do? just die?

I live in Havering and used to get 3 months supply on 1 perscription. Now, due to more penny pinching I can only get 28 days supply. I now, really can not afford to live. Help, only got 27 pills left then thats it.
