Tried,Lazy, no motivation -why?!

Question:

Tried,Lazy, no motivation -why?

For the past few months, i have been finding it hard to get any motivation for my work ( student work ), i tend to get to my desk around 9:30-10:30 and get a little done till 12:30, then lunch and the afternoon is usually a write off, as im completely drained of energy and basically have lost the will to do anything but sleep. I have a fairly good diet, i eat bananas and other fruit for lunch. I do not get any excersise at all, my sleep paterns arent the best, since i get home and like to watch tv play computer games when im alone, hence i end up going to bed around 1 am, and wake up around 9am.
Anyone have any idea on how to get my life back in order again? thanks

Hi. You sound a bit like me. I go to bed late and laze around all the time. I'm also a student and try to pass it off as the 'student lifestyle' but its really just me. I have a job as well but when I'm not in work I kinda feel like I'm wasting my life and should be doing something social or constructive, when all I wanna do is watch Family Guy etc. Maybe it comes from me being quite shy and nervous. Sometimes I feel really bad about it sometimes I'm not so bothered. You should feel proud that you do some work everyday, is more than I usually do! Just read my answer back and realised I've not been helpful at all just moaned sorry! One tip that works though is to keep tidy and organised, that generally helps you keep a clear mind and feel less slobby. Shame we don't know each other could be lazy asses together hehe
email me if u like
p.s. bout the exercise thing it says on your Q & A that you have a Wii you should do the boxing, it knackered me out!
