Can u explain why i am tired all the time? when i get 8 hours of sleep or more?

i get 8 or more hours of sleep. but i am still tired. whats up with that!!! when i get up in the morning which is like 10:00 am i make breakfast and i feel like later on i jus wanna go back to sleep! i usually go to bed at like 11:00 or 12:00 whats up ne suggestions. do i need to excercise more or what!!!

It could be a number of factors.

For alertness you need:
1. quality sleep (if you are tossing and turning or waking up in the night, you really aren't getting 8 hours of sleep)
2. healthy diet
3. 30 min of intense exercise per day
4. get to bed earlier, get to bed and wake up at the same time every day
