My throat feels sore. Like a sharp air bubble stuck in the middle how do I get rid of it?

I done water sports today and I think some of the water has trapped some air in my throat. The lake wasn't exactly clean but, I have gargled warm salt water, taken Vitimin C, some sore throat sweets and drunken a lot water to try and move it down. I even went for an hour nap to try and get rid of it.
Please can someone give me some advice.
Also, I am burping a lot which releaves the pain for a moment and then it is back. Everytime I sallow I get a stronger version of the pain for a moment and then it gets weaker overall so I keep on drinking.
Please help.
Also - if you can - could you answer my other questions (the one I asked the most about that boy).

I know that feeling! So irritating.
I always use straight honey. I just eat a teaspoon of it.
It seems to work instantly to sooth the throat.

You may have indigestion too, and that feels like a bubble in your throat sometimes.

Try drinking hot water with lemon and honey. About a teaspoon of each in one cup of hot water. Make it as if you are making tea. Sip while still hot, though not too hot!
I do this quite often. It helps my thoat, and tummy. Cleansing and soothing.

You could try any over the counter medicine for indigestion, if that doesn't work. Medicinal charcoal (which is carbon) is really good. Take as directed on the packet it's in.
So is baking soda. (sodium bicarbonate) Use only about 1 teaspoon of that in small glass of water. Warm water will work better, though it isn't that great tasting.
