PLEASE read and give thought?!

PLEASE read and give thought?

for the past 4-5 days i have been much more tired than normal and i get the same amount of sleep and i do the same things throughout the days that i always have. i also have fairly bad lower back pains/stiffness. i have an increased appitite about 2 times what it used to be. i need some ideas on what could be going on i cant afford to go to the doctor unless neccisary. so if anyone has experience similar things what was going on? also i had my annual visit to the gyno about a week ago and since then i have noticed a clear discharge no oder and no color. if you can help with any or all of these symptoms thanks oh and it is not diabetes or anemia. i know i posted this once but only got one response

Sounds like you're pregnant. Did they check you for that at your last visit?
